and planned their wedding in three weeks.

i love that they were so in love they planned the perfect day so speedy.

   

after the twelve hundredth course we got antsy for dessert. 

but mr. napkin head kept us entertained.

 three white dresses + lots of happy toasting + good company + way too many courses to count 

an afternoon spent at bouley made for a very pretty afternoon.

a week is a long time for a boyfriend to be gone. 

the whittemore house

i got a new job! and all the fancy fashion magazines are talking about us! if you have a copy of august's nylon mag you can check us out, it's our most recent write up. the salon is so beautiful, you walk in and it takes your breath away. honestly, i didn't think it could get better than bumble and then... 

the Whittemore House was created. I am in <3

quick story: the two head colorists of bumble who did all our editorial work and high profile clientele opened their own chic little place in the west village and they recruited me so here i am! off to a new adventure. honestly, its pretty amazing they wanted me on their team. they are known all over the world for their work and are featured in about every magazine or backstage at every show you can think up. to be working so closely with them in honestly a huge privilege and theres no doubt that i am rubbing up against and learning from the best in the world. literally. whoa. deep breath. smile. i am the happiest girl alive!
